      • a Client is or may be in breach of any applicable law.
    6. When a Client is making a bet on their account via the Internet, it is accepted once the Client submits the bet and a confirmation is received by the client. This will be accompanied by a ticket number.
    7. Clients are unable to change or cancel a bet once the bet has been accepted by BBET unless the Client informs BBET as soon as practicable after the wager was placed (but before the event has commenced) that the wager was made in error and the initial wager shall only be voided and replaced with another wager at the sole discretion of BBET management.
    8. All dates and times published by BBET are indicative only. Wagers will be accepted up to the advertised start time of the event or a time as decided by BBET.
    9. The minimum bet on the Internet on an account is $1.
    10. ‘In the run’ or ‘live’ betting (hereafter, together “live betting”) in these Rules refers to a continuous form of betting whereby the person placing the bet is able to place bets after an event has begun (e.g. betting on the outcome of an AFL football match at half time). In compliance with the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 (Commonwealth), we do not accept live betting over the Internet.
    11. In any sporting event where there is a flat line (eg 7.0), and the result falls on that flat number, all wagers are void and refunded. Affected multiple wagers (parlays) will be recalculated excluding that leg.
    12. In any multi-bet or parlay, if a leg is voided for whatever reason, then the multi bet is re-calculated minus that leg. eg. If a Tennis player were to pull out of a game which was included in a four-leg multi, the multi is revised to a three-leg treble.
    13. Without prior agreement in writing, the maximum payout by BBET to any one account holder (or group deemed by BBET to be acting on behalf of any account holder) on any one race or Sporting Event, shall be limited to:

These limits may be applied at the sole discretion of BBET.
    14. The Minimum Bet Limits (MBL) are State-Based rather than a Universal National Amount. All online operators like us are required to sign agreements with the different State’s Racing Authorities. As part of these agreements we cannot close accounts and we must abide by the MBL that have been implemented. The MBL applies to Fixed Odds bets only so it does not include Top Fluc, Best Tote, BOB, Multis or the Derivative type bets (Quinella, Exacta and Trifectas). The MBL will apply for Fixed Odds Bets that are publicly displayed from 9am on the day of the Race Meeting. If it is a Night Meeting like Moonee Valley or Canterbury then the MBL for Fixed Odds bets will apply from 2pm on the day of the Meeting. In Summary these are the MBL for each State: VIC – To WIN $1k (Place $400) on Metro races and $1k (Place $400) on Provincial Meetings…… NSW – To WIN $1k (Place $400) on all NSW Racing…… QLD – To WIN $1k (Place $400) on all QLD Racing…… SA – To WIN $1k (Place $400) on all SA Racing…… WA – NO Limit as MBL has not been implemented…… TAS – To WIN $1k (Place $400) on all TAS Racing…… NT – NO Limit as MBL has not been implemented……
    15. All initial bets accepted up to a maximum liability, all further bets on the same runner, regardless of stake and odds, will need to be approved by Bookmaker.
    16. In the event of an official price fluctuation or Bbet price fluctuation changing, Bbet is not compelled to accept any bet at the pre-changed price
  8. Responsible Gambling
    1. BBET makes every reasonable effort to prevent self-excluded customers from returning and using our service. If you wish to self-exclude yourself, send a SIGNED email to info@bbet.com.au outlining your preference for temporary or permanent exclusion and your account will be de-activated.
    2. If you are a self-excluded customer, you must not attempt to open an account or place any bets with us. However, if you open a duplicate account whilst you are self-excluded you are fully liable for your actions and for all activity and bets placed on your account.

  9. Racing (Thoroughbred/Harness/Greyhounds)
    1. Where there are eight (8) or more runners in a race, a place dividend shall be paid on first, second and third places.
    2. Where there are seven (7), six (6) or five (5) runners in a race, a place dividend shall be paid on first and second places only. When a Client has bet on a Tote based product, Place wagers will pay down to however many placing’s the major Australian TAB’s determine as appropriate for that bet type. Major Australian TAB’s shall be defined as the Victorian TAB (STAB), the NSW TAB, the Queensland TAB (Tattsbet).
    3. Where there are less than five (5) runners in a race, all wagers shall be ‘Win Only’. If late scratchings force this down, all non-tote place bets will be refunded if there is no possibility for a collect.
    4. If a runner is scratched, all bets placed after the declaration of the final field, will be refunded on that runner (providing the bet wasn’t placed on an ‘All-In’ basis). All other runners will be subject to a deduction, applicable to the face value of winning bets where the bet was placed at a fixed price either Win, Each Way, or Place Only.
    5. BBET may cancel wagers where the Client or the client’s associates have manipulated the pool, subject to adjudication by the relevant state totalisator operator(s) or Racing NSW.
    6. BBET may place a limit on the payout (final odds) where there is reasonable suspicion of pool manipulation having occurred (e.g. Payout no greater than 100% higher than the next best Australian tote), subject to adjudication by the relevant totalisator operator(s) or Racing NSW.
    7. If a tote pool goes down either on-line or via telephone and the pools are distorted then BBET reserves the right to omit these dividends when paying out. ie If the NSW Tote pool is down, the best of QLD and VIC will be paid for Best Tote Products.
    8. In the event that one of the Major Australian TAB’s for promotional reasons or otherwise, returns elevated dividends due to them foregoing their normal take out margin, BBET reserves the right to declare its Best Tote dividends at the higher of the other Australian Totes.
    9. If a meeting is abandoned or postponed to another date, single bets are void and wagers will be refunded. Affected Multi Bets will be recalculated excluding that leg.
    10. Regardless of whether a ‘ Futures event (All in betting) ‘ has been abandoned, postponed or transferred from the original date, all bets stand until the completion of the event.
    11. BBET reserves the right to cancel any bet where BBET considers the bet is unfairly advantaged in regard to starting times of events.
    12. Dead Heat Rule – In the event of a Dead Heat or Draw, where such an option was not offered for betting purposes, the ticket will be paid out at face value divided by the number of Dead Heating winners of the event. If the bet was placed at the tote product, it will pay on the re-calculated Tote dividends.
    13. BBET bets are intended for bona fide clients, that is, those clients who act at all times in good faith, sincerely, without fraud and who place wagers with BBET for the purpose of recreation and entertainment.
    14. At the discretion of BBET management, Tote pools of under $500 may be disregarded in the calculation of Best Tote and Middle Tote dividends.
    15. BBET reserves the right to restrict the maximum dividend paid out for Win and Place bets to:
      • $101 for Thoroughbred Races
      • $51 for Harness and Greyhound Races
    16. BBET will cap the place dividend for all racing (thoroughbred, harness and greyhounds) to not exceed the win dividend for any selection.
    17. BBET reserves the right to refuse the whole or part of any wager.

11. Racing Exotics

  • All BBet Racing exotics are paid on winning combinations at the dividends declared by the Victorian TAB (STAB) (Thoroughbreds, Harness and Greyhounds).
  • In the event of a jackpot, the BBet dividend is calculated by taking the Victorian TAB (STAB) Jackpot and dividing it by the number of $1.00 winning units. Where the total of winning units held by BBet is less than one, the flex % held is multiplied over the jackpot amount to determine the dividend.
  • In the unlikely event that the location where the wager is struck is not covered by the Victorian TAB, the dividend will be paid at the lower dividend displayed by the other two major Australian TAB’s.
  • Notwithstanding maximum win limits detailed in section 9, BBet reserves the right to limit total payout to any individual(s) on any bet type. If the total BBet payout on any bet type exceeds the Victorian TAB tote pool, BBet reserves the right to limit the total payout to clients to the amount of the Victorian TAB pool on that particular bet type.
  • In the event of a Dead Heat for any of the place getters, there will be as many dividends as there are correct order combinations as declared by the Victorian TAB (STAB).
  • BBet operates on the following Exotics;
QuinellaA Quinella is when two runners are selected to place first and second in any order. If a selected runner is declared a ‘non-runner’ or scratched after the wager is confirmed, wagers will be refunded on every combination which includes the scratched runner and the combination stands and the wager re-calculated without the scratched runner.
ExactaAn Exacta is when two runners are selected to place first and second in the correct order. If a selected runner is declared a ‘non-runner’ or scratched after the wager is confirmed, wagers will be refunded on every combination which includes the scratched runner and the combination stands and the wager re-calculated without the scratched runner.
TrifectaA Trifecta is when three runners are selected to place first, second and third in the correct order. If a selected runner is declared a ‘non-runner’ or scratched after the wager is confirmed, wagers will be refunded on every combination which includes the scratched runner and the combination stands and the wager re-calculated without the scratched runner.
First FourA First Four is when four runners are selected to place first, second, third and fourth in the correct order. If a selected runner is declared a ‘non-runner’ or scratched after the wager is confirmed, wagers will be refunded on every combination which includes the scratched runner and the combination stands and the wager re-calculated without the scratched runner.
QuadrellaA Quadrella is when the winners are selected in four consectutive races listed on the Quaddie Race card. If a selected runner is declared a ‘non-runner’ or scratched after the wager is confirmed, wagers will be transferred to the substitute favourite as declared by the Victorian TAB (STAB).
  • FLEXI BETTING allows you to take a Quinella, Exacta, Trifecta, First Four or Quadrella at an outlay to suit your own budget. This way you can have multiple selections for a smaller outlay. Simply make your selections and nominate the total amount you wish to spend on your bet. Your bet will cost whatever you choose ? and if you win you will receive a percentage of the full $1 STAB dividend.
For example, let’s say you wish to box five runners in a Trifecta. This bet would normally cost $60 for a $1 unit. If you decide you want to spend $15, that’s all it will cost.
$15 represents 25% of a full $1 unit (total cost of $60), meaning if successful, you will receive 25% of the full $1 STAB Trifecta dividend. Thus, if the winning Trifecta dividend is $200 for $1, you will collect $50.
The minimum wager for Flexi Betting is $1.

12.  Bonus Credits Turnover Requirements

  2. All bets will be paid on the official result as per the podium presentation. However, if a protest occurs and the official results change inside of 24 hours, then the event will be re-settled. No doping cases will be considered and as such, the result available 24 hours after the event will be deemed binding regardless of further protests or changes to the official result.
  3. A participant that is disqualified due to an infringement (eg False Start) will be deemed to have taken part in the event.
  4. For head-to-head match-ups, both competitors must start the event.

14.  Australian Rules Football (AFL)

  1. Payouts are based on the official declared result. Any extra time played is included for betting purposes. For matches without extra time, a draw is always included for margin betting and any bets placed on either team to win by a margin will be considered losing bets in the case of a draw. In these matches, any bet placed on either side at the head to head option is paid in accordance with the ‘dead heat rule’ ie Half Face Value of the Ticket.
  2. When a match is abandoned or postponed, and played within 7 days of the original scheduled date, all bets stand. Once the 7 days have expired, all single bets are void and wagers refunded. Any MultiBet will be recalculated to exclude that leg.
  3. For all statistical based markets (ie Top Goal Scorer, Most Disposals etc), statistics will be taken from the AFL website (www.afl.com.au) for payout purposes.
  4. Any bet on a player is refunded if they are not in the final 22.
  5. All bets stand regardless of venue change.
  6. In the event of a finals match which includes extra time, all markets are paid after the extra time period, except for Margin betting (where the draw is an outcome) and HT/FT doubles.
  7. Premiership markets will include any replays required. A premiership market will not be available once the two grand finalists are known. From this point on, only match betting on the Grand Final will be available.
  8. For match betting on a Grand Final, the betting is specific to the next match played. In the case of a draw, bets will be settled and will not carry over to any replay, and a new market will be framed for any subsequent matches.
  9. Any bets placed on the ‘Most Losses’ market, are paid on the team which losses the most games throughout the season. Points deducted because of breaches of rules or regulations are excluded for resulting purposes. In the event of more than one team having the same number of losses, the position will be determined by “For and Against” as published by the governing body.
  10. All bets placed on the Top-Vic and Top Non-Vic markets are resulted based on the team finishing higher on the ladder after the Home and Away season. If teams finish on the same number of points – dead heats are decided by percentage.

15. Baseball

  1. Games are official after 5 innings of play. If the home team is leading, the game is official after 4.5 innings of play. The Money Line is paid on the official result of the game as ratified by the official MLB governing body.
